EGO COMMERCIAL products are warranted to the original purchaser in the United States (including its territories) and Canada against defects in material or workmanship from the date of original retail purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) for the applicable warranty period set forth in the chart above. Defective product will receive free repair or replacement.

1. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser when purchased from an authorized EGO COMMERCIAL retailer and may not be transferred unless otherwise prohibited by law (which may include the Province of Quebec). Please save your original dated receipt or complete the product registration form to ensure you have a record of when and where the product was purchased.
2. Because EGO COMMERCIAL cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, EGO COMMERCIAL reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Authorized EGO COMMERCIAL retailers are identified online at https://egocommercial.com/pages/find-a-dealer. 3. This warranty is void if the product has been used for rental purposes.
4. This warranty does not cover the damage resulting from modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
5. This warranty only covers defects arising under normal commercial usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure, or defect resulting from misuse, abuse (including overloading of the product beyond capacity and contact with or immersion in water or other liquid), accidents, neglect or lack of proper installation, failure to properly service or maintain the product, negligence, improper maintenance or storage (outside EGO COMMERCIAL’s instructions, specifications, or guidelines), fire, earthquake, or other external causes.
6. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal aging of the product, or normal deterioration of the exterior finish (i.e., cosmetic damage), including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, paint chips, or to any corrosion or discoloring by heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners.

Warranty service must be requested within the applicable warranty period. Please contact EGO COMMERCIAL customer service toll-free at 1-855-346-5656. Please be prepared to describe the alleged defect and provide the original dated sales receipt. Provided the warranty claim is preliminarily approved, an authorized service center may then be selected to evaluate and repair the product according to the stated warranty terms. When bringing your product to the authorized service center, there may be a small deposit that will be required when dropping off your tool. This deposit is refundable when the repair service is deemed to be covered under warranty. If the product is deemed not to be covered under the warranty, the purchaser will be refunded the deposit and may have the option to separately pay for repair services. The purchaser is responsible for transportation of the product (including any attachments) at their expense to and from the authorized service center.
