With over 20 years of expertise in product management and marketing, Tim has been at the forefront of EGO Commercial’s initiatives to electrify the commercial OPE sector. Before joining Chervon, Tim honed his skills at industry giants Honeywell and Bosch, where he held key roles in product management, marketing, and engineering. His extensive experience and strategic approach continue to drive significant advancements in DC OPE. Tim lives in the Greater Chicago area with his family and enjoys gardening, camping, hunting and fishing.

Business Development Executive

Tim Pardue is a Business Development Executive at Chervon North America, where he leads efforts to uncover new growth opportunities and expand the company’s market presence. With more than 30 years in sales and leadership, he has built a reputation for strengthening major retailer partnerships that increase market share and deliver sustained growth. Tim is also known for developing programs that drive measurable impact. Most recently, he created the Field Marketing Manager program from the ground up. His career began at Home Depot, where he advanced through leadership roles that centered on team development, customer engagement, and expanding business channels. Based in the Greater Atlanta area, Tim enjoys time outdoors and on the water—boating  and salt water fishing—as well as spending time with family and friends.

Director Product Management – Commercial OPE

Conrad Tufte is Director Product Management, Commercial Outdoor Power and Equipment at Chervon North America. With over seven years at EGO, Conrad has been instrumental in launching several flagship innovations, including the Select Cut™ walk-behind mowers and the Z6 zero turn riders. He also spearheaded the expansion into new cordless OPE categories—such as the 2-stage snow throwers and mini bikes—that were industry firsts to match or exceed the power of gas. Before joining Chervon, Conrad built a strong foundation in the bike industry with roles at Specialized and Giant, where he excelled in B2B sales. His deep expertise in developing market-leading products and commercialization strategies continues to drive innovation in the DC outdoor power equipment sector. Conrad lives in the Greater Chicago area and enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and camping with his family, including his son.

Geoff Bobyk serves as Director of Sales at Chervon North America, where he leads strategic growth initiatives for the Canadian market. With more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, Geoff brings a wealth of industry expertise and a proven track record of driving results to expand EGO’s presence across Canada. Before joining Chervon, he held leadership roles at Stihl and McCordick, where he guided high-performing teams, strengthened customer relationships, and spearheaded business development efforts. Based in the Greater Toronto area with his family, Geoff is passionate about classic cars and coaching women’s competitive fastpitch.

His strong customer focus drives his team’s work in advancing residential DC OPE adoption. Prior to Chervon, Doug held key global leadership roles in product management and marketing at Honeywell and Cornelius. He lives in the Greater Chicago area with his family and enjoys hiking and biking.

Barnaby started talking at age two and hasn’t stopped since, making a career in radio in Southern California across various genres, from Top 40 to NPR. He later transitioned into television news, specializing in live reporting on topics like gang violence in Las Vegas and chasing tornadoes in Oklahoma. Barnaby’s passion for tools led him to host the tool review website Tool Select, where he produced over 800 videos in just 18 months. His expertise caught the attention of Chervon, the parent company of EGO Commercial, who brought him on board as their Director of Excitement. With 10 years of experience, Barnaby now educates consumers and professionals bringing energy, insight, and humor to every discussion.
